Sell From Your Card: Digital Products and Tips With PinsCorner

PinsCorner lets you sell digital products and accept tips directly from your business card link — with payouts straight to your bank via Stripe Connect. Here is how it works and who benefits most.

Your digital business card is the first thing people see when you share your contact. Most of the time it is a one-way street: they get your details, and that is it. PinsCorner changes that. With the Store and Tips feature, your card becomes a lightweight storefront — no separate link in bio, no extra tool, no monthly fee on top of what you already pay.

This is not a marketplace. You are the merchant, you control pricing, and payouts go directly from the buyer to you via Stripe Connect. PinsCorner is just the infrastructure that makes it work.

What You Can Sell

The Store block supports digital products with automatic delivery. A buyer pays, and the file or link lands in their inbox immediately — no manual sending, no waiting. Think of the kinds of things freelancers and small businesses already sell online:

  • PDF guides, templates, or workbooks
  • Preset packs for photo editing or design
  • Music tracks, sound kits, or sample packs
  • Mini-courses or workshop recordings
  • Printable planners or digital stationery

Alongside products, you can add a Tips block. Visitors choose any amount and send it in a few taps. This works well for creators, educators, coaches, or anyone who simply wants to make it easy for happy clients to say thank you without turning the interaction into a transaction.

How Payouts Work

Payments run through Stripe Connect. That means you connect your own Stripe account, and money goes directly to you — PinsCorner does not hold funds or act as a payment intermediary. You remain the merchant of record, which matters for accounting and for the invoices your clients or tax office expects to see.

Setting this up takes a few minutes inside the PinsCorner dashboard: activate Stripe Connect, connect or create your Stripe account, then add a Store or Tips block to your card. Stripe handles card processing, currency conversion, and fraud protection. You handle the product and the relationship.

You remain the merchant of record — the invoice belongs to you, not to a platform.

Who Benefits Most

This feature is purpose-built for people who already share their card constantly and want to turn that traffic into revenue without adding friction. In practice, that covers a wide range of professionals:

  • Freelance designers or photographers selling asset packs or presets
  • Coaches and consultants offering a paid introductory resource
  • Musicians distributing tracks or stems at events and gigs
  • Trainers or educators monetising workshop recordings
  • Any professional who wants to accept a tip gracefully after a great session

Teams can also benefit. If your company directory is built on PinsCorner, individual team members can each have their own store block — useful for agencies where different people sell different services or resources.

Why It Belongs on Your Card

The alternative is adding yet another link to yet another platform — a shop that lives somewhere else, requires its own branding, and may take a cut of your revenue. With PinsCorner, the product is where the introduction happens. Someone meets you at a conference, scans your QR code, reads your card, and in the same moment can buy your template pack or leave a tip. The path from first impression to payment has never been shorter.

Store and Tips are available on Pro and Team plans. If you have not activated Stripe Connect yet, the PinsCorner dashboard will walk you through it. Once it is live, you can add a Store or Tips block in minutes and start sharing your card as you normally would — the commerce just comes with it.
