General
What is PinsCorner?
PinsCorner is a digital business card platform. Build a card with blocks, share it by link, QR or NFC, and keep it always up to date — no app to install for the people you share it with.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You manage your card from the web panel, and anyone can open it in their browser. NFC and QR just open the link.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan lets you publish one card with QR, vCard and basic analytics. You can upgrade to Pro or Team any time.
Plans & pricing
What plans are available?
Free (1 card), Pro (unlimited features for one card) and Team (a company tree with departments and people, priced by number of cards). See the pricing page for the full comparison.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Paying yearly gives you two months free compared with paying month to month.
How does Team pricing work?
Team is priced by how many cards your company tree has (company root + departments + people). The price per card drops as you add more cards.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Billing in your panel. Cancellations stay active until the end of the paid period.
Card editor
How do I build my card?
Open the editor and add blocks (links, buttons, gallery, video, services, store and more). Drag to reorder and publish when ready.
Can I customize colors and fonts?
Yes. On paid plans you can set colors and fonts, even per field (name, role, body), and pick from all templates.
Can I use a background image or video?
Yes, on Pro and Team you can set a background image or self-hosted video from the backgrounds bank or your own upload.
QR, vCard & link
How do I share my card?
Every card has a unique link, a QR code and a downloadable vCard. Share the link, print the QR, or let people tap your NFC tag.
Can contacts save me to their phone?
Yes. Your card offers a vCard download so people add your details to their contacts in one tap.
NFC
How do NFC tags work?
You activate a tag by its code in your panel and link it to a card. A tap on the tag opens that card on the phone — and counts the tap in your analytics.
Where do I get NFC tags?
NFC support is built in; physical tags are coming soon from PinsCorner. Any compatible tag you already activate in your panel will work.
Lead capture
How do I capture leads?
Add a contact form or popup to your card. Submissions land in your Contacts panel and can fire webhooks to your CRM.
Can I export my leads?
Yes. You can export your contacts to CSV from the Contacts panel at any time.
AI quotes
What are AI quotes?
Visitors describe what they need and the AI drafts a quote for your service automatically, which you can refine before sending.
Do AI quotes cost extra?
AI generations use credits. You can top up credit packs and optionally enable auto-renew so you never run out mid-conversation.
Store & tips
Can I sell from my card?
Yes. Add a store block with products or a tips/deposit button. Payments run through Stripe Connect to your own account.
What commission do you charge on sales?
A small platform commission applies per sale; the exact percentage depends on your plan and is shown before you enable payments.
How do I receive the money?
You onboard with Stripe (Express) once. After that, payouts go straight to your bank on Stripe’s schedule.
Teams & directory
What does the Team plan add?
A company tree (company, departments, people), a public searchable directory, central admin, roles, and per-volume pricing.
Can I organize cards by department?
Yes. Build the company tree, drag cards between departments, and designate a CEO and department heads.
Email signature
Can I create an email signature?
Yes. On Pro and Team you can generate an HTML email signature from your card to paste into your mail client.
Analytics
What analytics do I get?
Visits, unique visitors, clicks per block and tap source (link, QR, NFC). Paid plans unlock full analytics.
Can I add conversion pixels?
Yes. On paid plans you can add Meta, GA4 and TikTok pixels to measure conversions.
White-label
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. On paid plans you can serve your card from your own domain (white-label). You add a CNAME and we handle the SSL.
Does white-label remove PinsCorner branding?
Yes. Paid cards remove the “Made with PinsCorner” badge and can run fully under your brand and domain.
API & webhooks
Is there an API?
Yes. Team includes a REST and GraphQL API plus signed webhooks for events like card.published, card.viewed and lead.captured.
How are webhooks secured?
Each webhook delivery is signed with an HMAC SHA-256 signature (X-PinsCorner-Signature) so you can verify it came from us.
Privacy & GDPR
Is PinsCorner GDPR compliant?
Yes. We are based in the EU and you can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.
Who owns my data and content?
You do. Your cards, contacts and content are yours; you can export them or remove them whenever you want.
Billing
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment generates a proper invoice you can download as PDF from the Billing history in your panel.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. VAT is applied according to your billing details.
How do I update my tax details?
Open Billing → Tax details to set your name/company, tax ID and address. EU VAT numbers are validated automatically.
Account
How do I change the panel language?
Use the language selector in the panel (or on the login screen). Your choice is remembered for next time.
How do I delete my account?
From Billing → account settings you can request deletion. We schedule removal and cancel any active subscription; you can undo within the grace period.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Use “Forgot password” on the login screen to receive a reset link by email.
